From soil probe to boardroom KPI in ninety seconds.
Build and Rent Flow Technologies is a closed loop between the physical world and the people who steward it. Sensors emit, edge gateways buffer, models decide, and the front line acts — continuously, with receipts.

§ 01 · THE LOOP
Six moves. One rhythm.
SENSE
Probes and cameras emit raw physical measurements at rates from 1Hz to 15min.
STREAM
Edge gateways buffer, compress, and forward over MQTT with store-and-forward on disconnect.
STORE
Time-series DB for high-cardinality metrics; object store for imagery; graph for asset relationships.
MODEL
Per-site forecasting and anomaly detection; models retrain on drift, not on schedule.
DECIDE
A rules engine your ops team can read — no PhDs required to tune thresholds.
ACT
Alerts route by playbook; actuators fire; every event carries a receipt back into the loop.

Data flow, left to right
Each hop is instrumented. If a link degrades, the gateway holds up to 30 days locally and back-fills once it reconnects — no gaps in your history.

NARRATIVE
A soil moisture probe in Zone 3 drifts three standard deviations from its 30-day baseline.
Within four seconds, the anomaly detector flags it. A playbook fires — the on-call agronomist gets a push notification with the affected parcels, historical context, and a one-tap "acknowledge" that opens a resolution ticket.
By 05:20 a valve actuator kicks in. By 06:00 the system confirms baseline is restored and closes the ticket automatically. The entire incident is stitched into the daily digest with a receipt.
